All orders placed within Australia receive free shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL

International Shipping ranges from $8-$15 (AUD).

Any and all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, including the cost to return it to Case Space when refused by the recipient at time of delivery.

Delivery time

Delivery time will depend on the stock location. As We ship from multiple locations around the globe packages can take 2 days to 8 weeks to arrive.

Items sent directly from Case Space will be dispatched within 24 business hours.

Items sent directly from the supplier will depend on their location, with some stock coming from Hong Kong, China, Singapore, India and the US. These items should reach our customers between 7 and 45* business days in most cases. All our products display approximate delivery times.

You will never be charged twice for shipping - even if your products are coming from two different suppliers.

If your item(s) is in transit, we are unable to cancel or refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you have entered the wrong address, contact us by phone or email within 48 hours so we can fix it before dispatch.

Parcels that are misdelivered, delayed or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided to us by the customer may incur costs (by Australia Post) and are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not want us to resend your parcel, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, plus any costs incurred returning the parcel will be deducted from the refund amount (from $7.45 for domestic order, more on International)

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL

As the customer, you are responsible for any charges that occur at customs. If you refuse your parcel, we will deduct the return shipping charges from the refund amount. In most cases, the return shipping charges exceed the order amount.
